Multihead Scale
This packaging machine, L4T620-D14T, is equipped with a multi-head scale and high-precision sensors for maximum measuring speed with accuracy between ± 0.3 and 1.5 grams, and its stepper motor reduces its noise during operation and also increases stability It also extends its service life.
In order to protect the products from collision, the bucket gate opening and closing speed can be slightly adjusted according to the product’s characteristics. It should also be noted that all parts of the scale are made of stainless steel, which makes them easy to clean and maintain. We also have multi-head weights with 10 heads, 14 heads or 20 heads according to customer requirements.
Vertical packaging machine
Our Alfaysil packaging machine, L4T620-D14T, is controlled by a Panasonic servo motor, and a single and double film suction system is adopted to ensure the stability of film conveying and smooth bag-forming. In addition, the SMC / Airtac air cylinder helps to increase the bag sealing property and thus reduce the failure rate.
The machine features an external mechanism for easy and convenient release of film, thus reducing downtime and making the replacement of the packaging film simple and fast. Besides, a standard code printer is used so that it uses dashed tape coding, and the printing history is long lasting and not fading.
In addition, the machine is characterized by a PLC control system, a comprehensive and advanced drive and a smart touch screen of the world-famous brand Wienview, and the operation is very easy and the degree of response in the touch screen is fast and sensitive. In addition, the system has the feature to operate in multiple languages, including English, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Korean, Farsi, and others.
Feeding unit
This type of machine features that the presence of the elevator and the scale completes the process of controlling the material level and feeding the vibrating disk, so as to be able to start and stop the automatic feeding and control the feeding speed according to the actual situation.
In addition, stainless steel or carbon steel are optional materials in the elevator industry, and food grade plastic can also be used as the material for the hopper, with a capacity of 2 liters or 4 liters.
The finished bag conveyor
The finished bags are transported to the pallet, moved and pushed by small motors, and the conveying capacity ranges from 60 to 80 bags per minute with high precision, smoothness and low sound.
It should be noted here that our conveyor customization service is available to suit the customer’s special requirements. For example, there is a PVC belt conveyor, and a stainless steel (stainless steel) or PVC chain conveyor belt is optional according to the customer’s request and according to the type of material to be transported.
