Renewal of International Standards Certificate (ISO 9001)
Al-Faisal Company succeeded in renewing the International Standards Certificate: ISO 9001 (ISO 9001: 2015), in July 2018, as a continuation of SAP’s efforts in the field of developing Total Quality Management and the administrative system in general.
This is considered an achievement to be reckoned with for Al-Faisal in this field. It stems from SABB’s keenness to adhere to the highest international standards regarding the quality of the administrative system and the efficiency of customer service and support.
